Flexibility is our strength; our size keeps our staff trained, active and involved.  Our business decisions, short or long term, happen right here.  We fear no egos nor rely on distant head offices to make managerial or operational decisions for us.  We are survivors in a contracting industry, thriving year after year because we never start at “can’t be done.”   In a time of mergers and acquisitions, we choose to remain independent.  We have a vision, and we are in it for the long term.  In the briefing and learning process, all team members part in brainstorming sessions, market research, media updates, market changes, new opportunity assessment and act as sounding boards during the planning and buying process.
